Another great concert at Chasco
Fiesta. This was my 9th year
producing A Magical Night of Entertainment and I just love
it. Much love goes out to my assistants: Nicole, Melina, and Cookie -
you guys ROCK!. 535 (Orlando) was back and now signed to
Interscope. These guys ROCK! I'm going to post
some video clips of the show, so you'll see what I mean. Playback
(Boston) got the audience on their feet with their high energy style and a
very cool Michael Jackson dance break. The beautiful
young ladies in Girls Nite Out (Boston) made quite an impression.
2Too Cute (ATL) joined us this year, and I'm telling you they make me
tired just watching them. Talk about HIGH energy!
Suite Caroline (Tampa Bay) gave the audience something a little
different with her unique, classy style of playing acoustic guitar and singing
her self-written, original songs. Newcomer, Brianna James (Houston)
was a pleasure to meet and watch on stage with her incredible dancers.
Past Talent Search Finalist (Shane Blank - Tampa Bay) was back with his
lightning solo guitar playing. Lisa Nicole, another past Talent Search
Finalist showcased her theater group -Magicals. Finally, we had a
last minute addition to the line up. Sinclair Feldman did so well at the
Talent Search Showcase that I asked her to perform a song as one of the
openers and she did a great job!
A Magical
Night of Entertainment is a very special event to raise money for charitable
organizations. I’d like to thank our
generous sponsor – Parent Guide Magazine! Thank you to everyone who volunteers for Chasco Fiesta. You know who you
are and I just DIG all of you big time.
We
played games with Radio Disney AM 1380 and Pat George with his wacky bunch in
the Fun Squad. A couple lucky winners from our raffle drawing even got to go
back stage V.I.P. I hear they had a great time! Please send me
pictures if you were one of the winners back stage. I look forward to next
year's concert at Chasco Fiesta.
